The Booking Process

  • Begin by scheduling a consultation or submitting an enquiry form.

    Please note that while both services are complimentary, our cancellation policy states that no-shows or changes made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled consultation will incur a €50 fee.

  • Within 48 hours of your consultation, you will receive a preliminary proposal tailored around your preferences and priorities.

    If your first step was submitting an enquiry form rather than booking a consultation, proposals may take up to one week due to the additional coordination and communication via email.

  • To move forward with revisions, refinements, and detailed planning, a 50% deposit of the estimated trip value is required. This allows for unlimited alterations and collaborative adjustments throughout the planning process.

  • The remaining balance is due one month prior to arrival. Any deposits previously paid will naturally be deducted from the final amount, which may differ from the initial projected trip value depending on revisions made throughout the planning process.

    Upon receipt of the final payment, your fully detailed travel itinerary and relevant travel documents will be delivered to you.

  • Whenever possible, we recommend beginning the planning process several months in advance, particularly for peak travel seasons, complex itineraries, or highly sought-after destinations and properties. However, last-minute travel requests may still be accommodated depending on availability.

    Please note that travel arrangements with an average daily booking value below €1,500 are subject to a minimum service fee of €200. This fee is complimentary for qualifying higher-value bookings.

  • Absolutely. Once the initial deposit has been received, the planning process becomes highly collaborative, allowing for revisions and refinements throughout the itinerary development process.
