Clients must be at least 18 years of age to engage Etherea's services or enter into a service agreement.
-
Initial consultations are complimentary and without obligation.
To respect reserved appointment times, cancellations, rescheduling requests, or failure to attend a scheduled consultation with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a €50 fee.
A client who is more than 10 minutes late without prior notice may be considered a no-show.
Etherea reserves the right to waive this fee at its sole discretion.
-
Payment schedules will be communicated clearly before work begins.
No bookings requiring supplier confirmation will be finalized until the required deposit has been received.
Failure to make payment by the agreed due date may result in delays, loss of availability, or cancellation of services.

While Etherea carefully selects partners and suppliers, we cannot control their actions, performance, pricing, policies, or availability.
Supplier terms and conditions may apply independently of Etherea's own policies.
-
Etherea may receive commissions, incentives, or remuneration from certain suppliers.
These relationships may allow us to secure additional amenities, preferred treatment, upgrades, VIP services, or other added benefits where available for our clients.
Such compensation does not affect our commitment to recommending services we believe are best suited to our individual clients.
-
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Clients who choose not to obtain suitable travel insurance assume full responsibility for any losses arising from cancellation, interruption, illness, delays, missed connections, supplier failure, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All consultations are complimentary.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation may incur a €50 fee.
