The Booking Process

  • Begin by scheduling a consultation or submitting an enquiry form.

    Please note that while both services are complimentary, our cancellation policy states that no-shows or changes made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled consultation will incur a €50 fee.

  • Within 48 hours of your consultation, you will receive a preliminary proposal with various options regarding concepts, ideas, and possible directions for your event.

    If your first step was submitting an enquiry form rather than booking a consultation, proposals may take up to one week due to the additional coordination and communication via email.

  • To move forward with revisions, concept development, detailed planning, and supplier sourcing, a service fee will be required depending on the scope of services you would like Etherea to manage for your event, starting from €500. This amount is non-refundable and will later be deducted from your deposit should you choose to proceed with the project.

    This stage is a collaborative creative process focused on exploring, refining, and shaping your event concept. It allows for unlimited revisions, ongoing adjustments, and the flexibility to combine ideas, explore alternative directions, and thoughtfully develop the experience into something truly personal and cohesive.

  • Once the overall scope and direction of the event have been confirmed, a 50% deposit based on the estimated project total is required to begin full planning and coordination.

    At this stage, we move into the detailed development of the event - finalizing selections, confirming suppliers and venues, refining logistics, and thoughtfully coordinating each element to bring the overall vision to life.

  • This stage marks the final stretch before the event itself, focused on confirming every detail and ensuring everything is fully streamlined, coordinated, and prepared for a seamless experience. Final logistics, timelines, supplier confirmations, and on-the-day preparations are carefully reviewed to ensure everything runs smoothly from beginning to end.

    Final payment timelines vary depending on the scale, complexity, and planning timeline of the event.

    For weddings, destination celebrations, and larger productions with extended planning periods, final payment is typically due three months prior to the event date. For smaller-scale events or shorter planning windows, final payment is generally due one month prior.
