The Booking Process

Begin by scheduling a consultation or submitting an enquiry form.
Please note that while both services are complimentary, our cancellation policy states that no-shows, cancellations, or changes made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled consultation will incur a €50 fee.

During your consultation, we will discuss your travel habits, upcoming trips, preferred style of travel, and the level of support you are looking for. This includes understanding whether you require ongoing assistance across multiple journeys throughout the year or more occasional support on a case-by-case basis, as well as the specific services you would like included.
We will also define your preferred level of availability and communication. While all clients receive attentive and timely support, enhanced availability and priority assistance can be arranged for those requiring a more immediate, on-standby level of service. Any additional priority availability requested will always be discussed transparently in advance and outlined separately within your invoice.

Within 48 hours of your consultation, you will receive a tailored overview based on your travel requirements, preferred level of support, and upcoming journeys.
To begin bookings and coordination, a 50% deposit of the estimated service value is required. This allows for ongoing adjustments, additional requests, and flexibility throughout the process as travel plans evolve.
If your first step was submitting an enquiry form rather than booking a consultation, this stage may take slightly longer due to additional coordination and communication via email.

The remaining balance per trip is due one month prior to arrival. Any deposits previously paid will naturally be deducted from the final amount, which may differ from the initial projected value depending on revisions made throughout the planning process.
Upon receipt of the final payment, all travel documents and relevant service information will be delivered to you.
